Bargaining update July 17, 2023

We are excited to announce that it’s time to ratify the 2023-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement (contract). We’ve set up a super easy and secure process. You should receive an email and/or text message with your unique link to vote to approve or reject the contract. Please click on the link and vote. Don’t forget once you click on the “yes” or “no” bubble you’ll need to submit your vote on the next page. You’ll receive confirmation once your vote is complete. 

On the ballot are the bargaining overviews. If you’d like further information about anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your bargaining team. 

Voting is open for 2 weeks, July 17th - July 31st. Once the contract is ratified, benefits will go into effect that day (unless otherwise specified in the contract for that benefit). 

Thank you for all of your hard work over the last 6 months attending and submitting testimonies for the actions and telling state leaders that WE MAKE OREGON WORK! This is a great contract for state workers because of the unity and strength that was shown.
