An introductory course for new stewards. Topics include:

  • Knowing Your Contract
    • Contract language common terms and definitions
    • Getting more familiar with your contract
    • Contract interpretation
  • Investigatory meetings
  • Filing grievances

After the training, we'll be checking in with participants to answer questions and will provide a toolkit and other opportunities for follow-up training.
