Grievance Fact Gathering & Review

If you believe that management has violated the contract in some way and would like to file a grievance, please reach out to your steward or fill out the form. If you fill out the form, a steward will follow up with you as soon as possible about the situation. 

What is a grievance: A grievance is the written form used in the grievance procedure. The grievance procedure is written out in the contract (Collective Bargaining Agreement). This is what we must follow to correct any alleged breach of the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
